Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Simply enter your PayPal email address and password at checkout if you have an existing PayPal account or click "checkout as guest" if you don't.
Each piece is custom handmade at the time of purchase for you by Ryan Kirk, therefore there is a 10 day shipping policy. This means that we have 10 days from the time of payment to produce and send the item(s) to you, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to stick strictly to this policy, and aim to dispatch before the 10 days whenever possible. However, due to production being carried out purely by Ryan, if for any reason there happens to be a delay - we will contact you immediately!
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
We are now offering a flat rate of £3.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class on U.K. orders under £100, and free 1st class shipping for orders over £100.
The alternative U.K. method is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed shipping with a flat rate of £5 for orders under £150, and free 1st Class Signed shipping for orders over £150. A signature upon delivery is required for this delivery option - this ensures a safer way of delivery and to make sure you recieve the parcel.
International orders have a flat rate of £14.
Ryan Kirk Designs™ orders are gift wrapped and placed in a secure plastic envelope.
***Please Note: The delivery shipping option that you select will be used after the 10 day shipping policy, once the item(s) are produced and packaged.
If you are in need of your purchased item by a specific time frame, please contact Ryan directly on and we will try our hardest to prioritize your order.
All orders are produced with love and care in Scotland. Quality checks are carried out throughout the entire production and double checked prior to packaging and dispatch.
Ryan Kirk Designs™ prides itself on the handmade craftmanship and care put into each and every product available and we hope that you are in love with your purchase. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) upto 14 days after the delivery date or an exchange afterwards upto 28 days.
The item(s) must be sent back unused and in its original packaging including labels and tags. We want every customer to recieve a brand new, newely produced item and therefore items that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have not met the conditions stated above.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email or use the contact page before returning the purchase to let us know.
A full refund or exchange will be provided once we have recieved the parcel and checked the item.
We recommend you use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us - or by placing a return address on the parcel so it is returned to your address if undelivered to us. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen items or parcels.
Unfortunetly, we cannot pay for your return postage at this time.
